Reece Woodcock, Director of CarrierX, brings over 11 years of dynamic experience in logistics, encompassing roles as a driver, customer-facing operative, and senior operational manager.
He provides a reliable, fully compliant, and resolutely customer-centred logistics service, grounded in authentic industry expertise and uncompromising operational excellence.
Reece is a battle-tested logistics expert and also co-founder of NW Couriers, bringing more than 11 years of hands-on, end to end experience across every layer of the parcel delivery industry, from frontline driver to customer-facing operative to senior operational manager. As Operations Director, he architects and executes the day to day precision that powers our status as a leading UK subcontractor. Now forging a new path in the industry of intelligent logistics, making it work better for everyone.

Eddie Rayner
Commercial & Marketing Director
Eddie is a seasoned entrepreneur and multiple business owner with a distinguished track record of building and scaling successful ventures across diverse industries.
He launched his first business in 1997, a marketing, publishing, and communications agency in the UK. In 2006, he expanded into the Middle East, opening in Dubai and capitalising on regional opportunities. Today, the company continues to thrive with offices across the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Indonesia, delivering comprehensive 360° marketing, publishing, and communication solutions.
Throughout his career, Eddie has founded, co-owned and been invited on to boards of a range of businesses, including a Sky TV channel, a food branding and licensing company (with Planet Hollywood among its clients), an office machinery supplier, book publishers, and a day nursery. He has operated as owner and Managing Director, served on multiple company boards, and consistently contributed in senior Marketing Director roles.
More recently, Eddie joined a logistics company as Commercial Director. Together with the existing owners and directors, he has gone on to establish Carrier X, a new venture with the ambition to transform the UK’s last-mile delivery sector.
Guided by a steadfast client-first philosophy and the simple principle of treating others, clients, colleagues, employees, and suppliers as he would wish to be treated, Eddie cultivates a culture of excellence, integrity, and genuine care.
